file permission error while using vista

In using vista  .I am getting file permission error in create text file.wats the reason?

When you post a question, it would help readers answer your questions if you mentioned the LabVIEW Version you are using, a screenshot of the error and possibly the VI that makes this error occur.

In which directory do you want to create the file? Vista doesn't like users messing around in the root drive (C:\), in the Windows folder, in the ProgramFiles folder and probably a few more.
