Hi SMCardone,

Now that we are done jumping on poor Dan,

You have not given us much to work with here.

General recommendations include making sure you have the latest and greatest updates for 5.1. Check that first.

Have you tried this under different OS's?

When does this happen?

Paraphrasing Dr. Evil,
"throw us a bone here"

Here is a related Discussion Forum article. It seems similar to what you have. However, I would suggest an upgrade. With the release of LabVIEW 7.0, NI no longer supported LabVIEW 5.x.

I apologize for my glib response earlier. It's just that you did not ask a question. There is no description of what happened immediately before the failure or what VIs you were trying to use or even what your end goal is. Perhaps your goal was to crash LabVIEW and in that you have succeeded.

Give us some more info, as Ben suggested and perhaps we can help.
