Unless you've installed software between the time you posted the ni support zip and your most recent post, it doesn't matter WHAT you've installed.  It's the wrong version.  The link I sent you in the last post is the ONLY version of the drivers compatible with LV 2015 SP1.

 

Until you fix that, the rest of the troubleshooting is a waste of everyone's (yours included) time.

I downloaded cRIO 15.5

Installed it.

Here is the screnshot , but still can not see my C-series modules - any tip?

What software have you installed on the cRIO? 
Expand the software tab. 
Have you installed the ScanEngine ?

As mentioned before, you will not be able to see C series modules in MAX if they are in a cRIO chassis. You can read more about it here.

If proper drivers are installed, this procedure work and you should be able to use your modules.
