I know this is an old post, however if it can help someone I would like to help: 

if you want to get the code in order to paste it in a document the easiest way is just go to block diagram, then Ctrl+A (or edit: select all) and then Ctrl+C. With this, go to your document and do Ctrl+V.

Snipping tool. The only screen capture tool you will ever need IMO. Everything else is too tedious.
