If you just want to have your VI as a web page, you can also use the remote panel option. This does require the LabVIEW runtime for each user. You can also build the VI into a web service. Lots of different options.

Jancan: It is an array of POST data to submit to the server. You need to build an array of your key/value pairs of data you want to send. I believe only the name/value fields need to have anything in them unless you also want to send files.
