export 3d graph to MSword

Hi!

I have a Labview application with a 3d-Surface graph (Component Works).
I want to export this graph along with an information string to
Microsoft Word via ActiveX (similiar to the
Excel>example). Exporting the string is no problem but I am not able to
export the graph.

Can anybody help me?

You can insert the 3D Graph into Word since it is an ActiveX control. You
can also export the style from the LabVIEW VI and import that style into
Word. Gettting the data into Word is more difficult.

Hello,

You can copy the graph by selecting it to go to the clipboard and then pasting the contents of the clipboard to Excel Application. Once it is on the clipboard in memory, use the range and function called paste or pastespecial and the graph should appear. I do have some running examples that are similiar to what you need. Also check out the Report Generation toolkit.

HI,

If you reconsider using active X you can use the report generation toolkit ""append control image to report" VI. This works fine...
