we just got our PIXe system with 4135SMUs from NI. we plan to use them to characterize our MOS FET. we used to use Keithley 4200 system, they had all the user interface written up. now we are trying to write all the application based on Labview from scratch. in NI's DCPOWER package, they have some example vi like the "two-channel hardware timing sequencing". but it is not enough. we wonder if some other user has some better example codes willing to share, or someone can point us to a direction?
