error bar plot bounding box

I've been using xy graph together with cursors to select (and flag) data points.

I've tried to copy this behavior using error bar plots but the property node

doesn't show the same entrys as for the xy plot.

The important value in order to calculate what data point was selected by

a mouse cklick is "Plot Area bounds" which holds the location of the plot area

of an xy plot.

There doesn't seem to be a similar property for error bar plots. It only shows the

bounds of the whole plot control/indicator.

Is there as solution fr it or is this simply a bug.

Thanks for any help.

The 2D error bar is a LabVIEW object, not exactly a graph / chart indicator. This means, that the same properties might not apply. This is not a bug, but the way the 2D error bar was developed.

Have you tried the Bounds > Area Height/Width or Graph > Bounds Height/Bounds Width properties? Maybe you can find a workaround with those along with the Cursor > Plot Area or Cursor > Position properties (I haven't really looked into them).
