en error occured while trying to find your NI application software names and paths

Dear all,

        i have installed Labview2009 in my PC. Now when i am trying to find example at Getting started screen of Labview.

An error popup  "en error occured while trying to find your NI application software names and paths". Then NI example finder is opening but not listing examples.

How i can resolve this error?

The first thing I would try is to go into "Control Panel": "Add or Remove Programs", look for National Instruments software and try doing a "repair" of your LabVIEW installation. Otherwise it may require an uninstall, reinstall of the whole package.

Thank you very much. I have removed LV2009 and installed LV2010 and it works.
