Dear ALL,
I am using sbrio-9628 CAN port. The API is embedded CAN for sbrio.
and I follow this Knowledge base.https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000wzGpCAI&l=zh-CN
I have tried to install the driver many times, but still gave the following error.
Labview version : 2020
compactRIO version: 20.5
Solved! Go to Solution.

Did you also install that driver on your sbRIO (using MAX)?

Of course, I installed the driver on sbrio. And tried different installation methods (mirror installation, traditional installation method).

you can check the software list in sbrio.

According to all the documents in your own link (in message #1) your sbRIO9628 is not supported for EmbeddedCAN! (See here, here, or here.)
Why do you try to use EmbeddedCAN anyway?
Instead your device is listed for "NI-CompactRIO: sbRIO with DAQmx" and explicitely mentioned in this manual!
The sbRIO9628 is also listed in the NI-XNet compatibility list: you can use the XNet API as well!
So even though you linked the correct KnowledgeBase article it seems you didn't read it…

Using the RMC card and NI-9628. also it's a solution.
But in the compact rio 20.5 readme. it says "The "CAN api" means Xnet? "

I'm not sure, but it is not EmbeddedCAN!
In one of the documents listed in my previous message NI mentions to use FPGA IO nodes as you would do for a NI985x module on cRIO…

ok , anyway thanks for your comment.
I will send email to local NI engineer.
