If you join the Forum (which you have done), you can set up your Profile so you will get an e-mail when someone responds to a topic that you have posted or to which you have replied. There are dozens of topics a day posted -- the best way to keep track is to visit the Forum at regular intervals. If there's a specific topic of interest to you, a Web Search will (usually) find it if it's been posted in the Forum.
