crio 9024-URGENT!

Hello all,

im trying to program an NI 9403 using labview and crio9024, but first of all i should delete priviously simulated hardwares. but it's somehow impossible caz i can't see these devices in the configuration tab (refer to the attached photo plz), can sb help plz ?

while running the program I get the following error, although the software is installed

Error Code: -63040

NI-RIO:  (Hex 0xFFFF09C0) A connection could not be established to the specified remote device. Ensure that the device is on and accessible over the network, that NI-RIO software is installed, and that the RIO server is running and properly configured.

Hello AutonomusMode,

this is normal that no moduls are shown on a cRIO system in MAX.

You can see the moduls in your LV project explorer.

What LV Version is in use and in which VI the error happend?

Can you post your project?

Attached a little example project.

hello Alexander,

I have some issues using CRIO 9024 as Ethernet master device to a non-NI slave using LV. Can you help me with that please?

1- By running the code, error-2147138553 appears. (page2 attached file)
2- Explanation on the error is given on initialize kuka youbot. vi (page3 attached file)
3- Error list of the main VI. I know that Get Help Window Status and Control Online Help functions are not executable on real time targets, but I have no idea how to solve this.(page1file attached)

Hello AutonomusMode,

1. I think you must use the exact name for the device, have you ask the developer of the lib what the name is?

    Have xyou checked that the scan engine runs?

3. On RT targets no popup windows are allowed use a constant or a control to slect the functions.

Hello AutonomusMode,

You are using classes to access the functions from the KUKAyoubot, it could be that the names

insidee of the class are fixed and this could be the reason why you can access the EtherCat

slaves from the KUKAyoubot. The error could also happend if the Scan Engine is not installed

on the RIO so look into the MAX on the software from the RIO and check if the Scan Engine

is installed.

The other error is that no message pop up windows allowed on RIO you can delete them and replace

with a control to select the functionality you want.
