I am having .vi code of my application and it is working very fine. now I want to convert this c code or matlab code so that I can use through some controller, like aurdino? please help me out for the same.

open your favorite code editor and start to recreate the functions in C/Matlab…

Alternatively, you can stick with LabVIEW and use LINX. Can you tell us a bit more about your project?
