Hello Guys

I have a simatic IPC 847C Industrial PC with inbuild Profibus CP5611.

i have installed Comsoft software and loaded a gst file also but profibus device is not showing in NI MAX and Comsoft

any one faced this problem ????

Why do you expect 3rd party hardware to be available in MAX?

You need special drivers for your hardware. Ask Comsoft about LabVIEW drivers for their hardware!

Hi Arun,

You need to get the Comsoft LabVIEW driver to be able to use thier hardware and read data via LabVIEW.

I am using thier Profinet IO card and it links well with Profinet slaves when using thier LV Driver. Of course i found  the product documentation lacking seriously and most  of the things on using the card have to be figured out by yourself.

Maybe you should mail thier support@comsoft.de  for the required driver files.
