Hello this is Nirmal,
I want to generate a good Gaussian beam profile using Spatial light modulator. I have a 633 nm laser which is not providing me a good Gaussian Beam.
what kind of algorithm should i use ?
could anyone give me some suggestion ?

Your questions sounds like something you should be asking some optics engineer for a physicist.

i see few papers are using labview to create phase mask for spatial light modulator.
