   I want the version comparison of Labview 13 vs Labview 9.

The best way to get an objective comparison would be to look on NI's site for "New Features". I guess you would have to look at the new features for LV 10 and 11, too.

Additionally to the "What's new" papers, you can download the evaluation software and compare on your own.

 

Find an example for the "Whats new" here.
