compactRIO 9076

Hi,

I'm working with a compactRIO 9076. 

I installed drivers and labVIEW. 

I receive the error message "Command is not supported by current protocol" and I can't keep working. 

In pictures I show you my current situation.

Hi Cristina, alhough I don't know for sure why you get this message, I notice that the LabVIEW Real Time module is missing.

This module is needed to program cRIO devices.

Hi Christina,

in addition to the missing Real-Time Module your LabVIEW version will not work with this compactRIO.

The last version that supports the cRIO-9076 is LabVIEW 2019.
