case selector values are not unique

There is really a duplcated case in which it should not be existed as the enum does not have duplicated one.

If I did not recall it wrong, I did the follows to cause this to happen. I have changed a case name in the enum and then move its order by dragging and pressing move up repeatly. Not sure which step cause the problem but if someone cares he can try. Maybe ten years later this will be fixed.

I think it's doing it both in one step that is the issue.  I think if you change the order, then apply the changes, then rename the item and apply the changes, you are okay.  It doesn't matter which order, just as long as you apply changes after each step.
