can't download visa run time engine

Hello!
I have a problem when attempting to download visa run time engine from the site; it's not working and I get this error message: can't connect to ftp.ni.com. Could anyone tell me what's happenning and if I could download it from somewhere else?

Could your IT department have blocked access to ftp sites?

NI recommends that folks start here, rather than using ftp, to get drivers.
