can i create FPGA Target in LabVIEW FPGA 2020 trial version?

i can't create FPGA Target in LabVIEW FPGA 2020 trial version

step1: right click in My Computer

step2: select "New"

step3: menu doesn't show "Target and Devices"

i installed these software, all are trial version, no activate

1. LabVIEW 2020 

2. FPGA Module 2020

3. FPGA Compilation Tool 14.7

can LabVIEW FPGA 2020 try in trail version?
