Did you mean:

calling a vi from a tab control

Hello,

My main application is a big tab control (containing 5 tabs)
On the 1st tab, I wish to display (call) a VI. This VI is a standalone motor control that I built in the past.
The idea here is not to have only one Labview window on the screen. I want the user to click on the tab in order to control the motor.

Is this legal, how can it be done?

Thanx

Sounds like a subpanel might work for you. This is available in LabVIEW.
