Hello,
I am working on cRIO-9054 with NI-9215 Voltage input module. I followed the cRIO-905x Getting Started Guide.
The power for the cRIO I used is 24 V from a DC power supply. I used a Type-C USB cable to connect the cRIO device/console port to my laptop USB port. I installed LabVIEW 2021 SP1, Real-time module, FPGA module and driver for the cRIO.
At first, when the cRIO was in safe mode, I could use MAX to check the c-RIO's IP address. Then, I installed the Linux RT System Image which was recommended by the LabVIEW Real-Time Software wizard. After the software was installed, the status LED on the cRIO was off. However, when I opened MAX again, the cRIO in remote software showed its status is disconnected and there was a red cross next to it uder remote system.
I followed the solution in https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P70YSAS&l=en-US and in https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Remote-system-is-disconnected/m-p/4008180?profile.language=en&lang=... . However, it didn't work. Any suggestions for this problem?
Thanks,
