cRIO device: Error connecting to GPIB driver or device. The NI-488.2 driver may not be installed.

I am using a cRIO 9039 (sync) device. I was provided an vi (attached) to check my system as well as my cRIO infor. However when I run it, this following error appears:

LabVIEW: Error connecting to GPIB driver or device. The NI-488.2 driver may not be installed.

Motion: No error.
=========================
NI SoftMotion: No error.
=========================
Error connecting to driver or device. The NI-488.2 driver may not be installed.
=========================
VISA: (Hex 0x0) Operation completed successfully.

Only System Infor displays information but Chassis does not. 

I already install the cRIO drivers, NI-488.2 driver, Labview FPGA. 

I greatly appreciate your help.

Could you attach a MAX tech Report of your cRIO? It seems you downloaded the software but didn't add it to the cRIO.
