blinking hangs in all controls/indicators sometimes

Blinking of every control/indicator stops in LV6.02. if i put a probe it shows true to blinking but apperently on screen nothing blinks. Please note it happens if I click a button with mouse to open next VI. If I use the function key (F11 etc) it works fine. Otherwise software is working fine. Can it be related to large application size?

Perhaps if you add some kind of example reproducing the problem, someone can help you (i can have a look if the vi is in LV 5 version).
