bit confusing my this vi give me time in minus(-)

hi

i am trying to get the delay in milliseconds from two aquired signals but it is giving me values in minus(-),

is this a right approach to do or should i have to use some other technique?

looking forward for suggestions, VI is attached. i am using LV 8.6 with DAQ NI-USB 6212
