Does NI has "PXI board" and "VIs" to be employed in modem test "narrow band PLC" and "broad band PLC"?
What are the tools(hardware and software) that are applied in "smart grid"/ modem/AMR/PowerMeter?

NI hasn't a specific library to this kind of application, but LabVIEW allows you to develop your own libray, implementing those features.
