If I understand you right, you want to access a VI that you programmed via ActiveX. It is not possible to build your VI inta a ActiveX-Control, so that you can use it in an ActiveX-Container, but you can build an executable out of it, that has a ActiveX-Interface, so it can be used as an ActiveX Server.
