Hi folks!

 

I am not quite sure if this is the right spot to post the following, but I think the following will nicley show the beauty of references. For the experts it might be trivial, but it might be helpful for others to discover the beauty of references...Power_Of_References.PNG

We have to vi's one is a number generator and the other is suppose to display the numbers generated on the left. Both VIs are couple by a global containing the references to the waveform chart. After a first intialization of the global, that chart automatically update when ever the vi on the left produce a new random number - even if the vi on the right is not executing ...
