X axis does not change according to frequency in ZNL3 network analyzer

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello

I am using ZNL3 network analyzer and trying to get the sweep curve in my pc using labview. I am able to get the graph which is correct and also y axis is fine but the x axis is always 0 t0 200. I want it to change automatically according to the start and stop frequency but it does not change whatever I do.

I have attached the VI and graph image here.

Kindly help

You are reading only Y data from your ZNL device. There are two (easy) options:

  1. when the X values are evenly spaced on a linear scale then you should create a waveform from your Y data and set to and dt correctly
  2. - when the X values are not evenly spaced on a linear scale (maybe you are using a logarithmic scale in the ZNL?) then you need to create an X array of the same size as your Y array containing the correct X value for each Y value. Then build a cluster from both arrays and use a XY graph…
