Writing Values with Labview to S7 1500 OPC UA Server

Hello,

we have a problem with our Labview software.

We have a Siemens S7 1500 wich is the OPC UA server. For testing we connected a UA Expert client with the server. This Client is able to read and write values from the server. 

Our Labview client is able to read values from the PLC but when we try to write values we always get the error code bad_writenotsupported.

We already tried switching all the security settings in the S7, accepted all certificates, loaded the Labview certificate in the PLC, set up user logins for the OPC UA server but we always get the same error code bad_writenotsupported. 

Any ideas?

Hi!

What version of the toolkit are you using?

There were several bugs in the toolkit in 2017 to my knowledge, and I think there also was one which caused this error. Later versions should have fixed it.
