Windows Fast Startup

Hello, When I was downloading LabVIEW I did not disable the 'Windows Fast Startup'. I was wondering if there is any for me to disable it. Thanks

LabVIEW does not care about fast startup. Disabling fast startup is only needed if you enable hibernation and also use external devices, such as USB DAQ, etc.

Read more about it here. (Not sure if Microsoft moved the setting to a more hidden place. In my case, the setting does not show, possibly because I have disabled hibernate (details). My PC uses negligible power in "sleep mode" and wakes up much faster compared to hibernation. Hibernation is quite pointless for me!)

I just want to disable it because every time I start my laptop it disables the wifi, so I would need to restart my laptop every time. Would you happen to know a way to get rid of the fast startup?
