Hello Joe,
I have a couple questions that may help diagnose this problem:
1. Does the PXI-6115 show up in Windows Device Manager? This will tell us if the controller is recognizing the card.
2. Does the PXI-6115 show up in Measurement & Automation Explorer? This will tell us if the card is being associated with the driver.
3. What version of the NI-DAQmx driver do you have? The PXI-6115 is only supported by newer versions of NI-DAQmx. If you have an older version, it may not be supported. I would recommend visiting the driver download page here to make sure that you have the latest version of your drivers.
