Why does MB increase?

There are 500 LLB file and source code 500MB programs.
UNDER Build Application or Shared Library (DLL)-New script* in Target option Through compiling 90MB EXT. file with choosing the option "Do not compress target file(Faster load on slow machines)", we compilied again, EXT. file from 90MB turns out 125MB. Why?
