Why ís the comparison function saying that two numbers are inequal when they are equal?

In my VI, I compare 2 values (labeled ''Value 1'' and ''Value 2''). If they are not equal, the while loop stops running. To test the loop, I set the parameters so that Value 1 and Value 2 are always equal. However, when the values reach 700, the comparison function is saying that they are unequal, even though they both appear to be the same on the front panel. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? See attached vi for reference.
