Which point of error for ActiveX insert handle

Hello all, see attachment, I don't know LV would told me that error info, and the OCX file is successful called for VB, and I can't insert to LabVIEW as an ActiveX control, I haven't met this before, anybody knows what happen ? any focus that I should handle for this situation case ? thanks in advance .

Question solved, as I installed captureCard's driver once more.
