Which LabVIEW 2012 Installer disc has System Configuration 5.3.3 on it?

Solved!
Go to solution

I am trying to build an installer here and under additional installers I selected to install MAX 5.3.3 - the installer builder is asking me to locate the installer for System Configuration 5.3.3 but I can not locate the source installer.

Hmm

I am told to locate "NI System Configuration 5.3.3" and when I supply the path to x:\Products\MAX I am told:

"This location does not contain a valid installer"

This process is very annoying!

There are also some folders names starting with NISysCfg in Device Drivers\Products\.  Have you tried these?

I had to download it from the website and run the self extracting EXE

This then put the installer on my HD - of course the installer didn't install any software, since I had it already, but the installer folder was then what the Additional Installers was looking for when doing my build.

Gah - very annoying.

Which LabVIEW 2012 Installer disc has System Configuration 5.3.3 and what insane jibberish did NI use?
