Your issue has nothing to do with converting between different LabVIEW versions.
Post in the LabVIEW forum.

OK. But how to deal with this problem? Could you help me? And I found the same problem when starting the vision assistant 2009.

I can't because I don't work with Vision. But if you posted your message in the proper forum, more people who do know vision will see it and you might actually get some help.
