What is the best way to test a cell balancing circuit with labview instruments?
That's a pretty generic question so I will give you a generic answer. Very carefully.
Anyway I am guessing it is a battery balancer to equalize the charge on individual batteries in a multibattery series string?
Having tested a device like this my self I would...
Measure each individual battery voltage, total string voltage, current on each "leg" of your balancer circuit, total string charging current.
Run multiple charge discharge cycles using different combinations of batteries, all new, one old, two old, find a defiantly bad battery and put it in the string...
