I have an ancient system running a LabVIEW 3.1.1 exe under Windows 3.1. It has worked for years, but now I get a popup "Error 42 occured at print file.vi" whenever it tries to print. I can click ok on this message and print the file just fine from the OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
First, let me say I'm amazed that somebody is actually still running LabVIEW 3.1.1. On Windows 3.1, no less. Is this system like, sitting in a basement somewhere, and you have to use old-fashioned oil lamps to get light down there?
Error 42 is a generic error. It could mean anything. Literally. It's the favorite error for at least one person.
