What is MAX error code 0x80040408?

I am trying to import an nce file into MAX and I get error code 0x80040408.  I cannot find reference to that error code anywhere.  Please explain the error and give direction on solving the problem.

Hi Tpmjones!

This seems to be an issue where the nce file gets corrupted and because of that it can't be imported by MAX. My first question would be, what version of MAX are you using? if it's below 4.2, i strongly recommend to download the current version, since MAX comes with the DAQ driver the way to get it, is downloading the current version of daqmx. After upgrading MAX (if needed) hopefully the issue of the corrupting nce file will be solved.
