This control has unapplied changes.save your type def and

Menu file. Apply changes

Honestly, I think that that? Should be one click if the "Automatically update from type def is checked.  NI does not agree.

"Should be" isn't "Is" -Jay

This option appears disabled. To solve the problem, I had to drag the controls of the class back to the front panel, and in that way, load correctly. Is there any other way to do this?

This happens with a type def control has been modified but not committed. There are two things that cause this.

  1. You have the typedef open in another window, in which case go File> Apply changes.
  2. A change has occurred to a cluster control that cannot be automatically changed on your VI. For example when there is a named object in your cluster that has been removed, LabVIEW doesn't know what to do until you right click on the control and make manual decisions about the arguments.

These problems also break your VI, so you can use the Error window to figure out  what your problem is much faster!
