Hi,
I am using a Agilent 34980 for several measurements. Everything was working fine, using modules 34937A and 34923A for switches and analogs.
I am measuring frequency, using one of the analog inputs, which was working very fine.
After I made some changes in my circuit the Agilent stopped scanning that specific type of measurement. Voltages I can scan normally, but frequency it results 0Hz. I changed the channel but same thing.
The weird part is that if I select to monitor the channel, then it measures perfectly the frequency, but as soon as I stop monitoring and only scan the channel, then I get 0Hz again.
I am using Labview to get the measurements and the standard library for the 34980A.
Does anyone knows how to fix it?
