Voltage measurement from tilt sensor

Hi guys! I am working on acquiring the voltage data from a tilt sensor, connected to the board - CB-68LP and terminal 6062-E DAQCard. I am acquiring the voltage via Analog Input with N samples (100 samples) for a particular angle. I need to store this data in an array for further calculation, pause the measurement, reconfigure the experimental setup and find out the second voltage for a different inclination and store it in another array for calculation. I can't figure out how to do the second part as in pausing and storing the second signal, from the same output channel when I need, without disturbing the first value. I'm new to LabVIEW, so can anyone please help me in this regard? Thanks in advance.

Have you spent a few hours with the LabVIEW Tutorial material listed at the beginning of this Forum?  Once you have some basic understanding of LabVIEW itself, move on to the DAQmx Tutorials, here.  That should provide all you need for this task.
