why are you starting a new thread for the very same old topic? Why don't you continue in your original thread?
(And why did you also hijack an old thread with the very same question?)
It's considered rude behaviour to start a lot of threads for the same problem!
741 is a kitchen and hobby type OpAmp. I would not choose that for anything that has to do with measurement as it’s precision, bandwidth stability, bias currents and offset voltage are all pretty low end. For something that requires measurement accuracy you should be prepared to spend a little more and use an instrumentation amplifier type of OpAmp.
