Voltage Control for the Keithley 2450

I've been using the Keithley 2450 Source Meter to take resistance measurements. I know you can do a sweep to change the voltage and take measurements. Is there a way to manually change the voltage through LabVIEW, take a measurement and check to see if the target is met? 

I'm using the Keithley 2450 library from Textronix.

I would try Configure Output -> Enable Output -> Read (Single Point).
