VIT file search for SubVI

I've created a template file for a project and when I create a VI from the template LabVIEW searches for subVIs used in the template.  Is there a way to link the VIT to the correct directories?  The odd thing is that it finds some subVIs, but not others?

Hi Adam,

if i understand you right, you have to open your vit, make it executable (no broken arrow is visbile) and save it. Now all links should be correct.
