Probably, I have a problem with update of VISA function.
In Labview 2020, I do not have any problem with my program.
But after I install Labview 2021, the program cannot work,
and I found there is a problem with a connection between my PC and instruments.
In NI max, I found the error of VISA occurs as in the attachment file. (Sorry for Japanese.)
The instrument is a controller (E-665.CR) for a piezo stage (P629.1CD) produced by PI (Physik Instrumente).

I connect the controller with RS232C, which is converted to USB port.
OS of my PC is window 10pro, 64 bit.
I would be happy if somebody lets me know what I should do to solve the present problem.
