As others have already stated, there is no hope at all for this VI. It is time to start from scratch which includes going through the first few online LabVIEW courses. It also includes putting down on paper what exactly you want the application to do. It would be impossible for myself or most others here to even begin to get an idea of what is going on in this code. It simply is not readable.
