I don't think anyone here is being hostile to you. Any hostility would be directed to your so-called LabVIEW expert and to the ones who prematurely locked down your system.

So we were able to pull some strings and get the matching version of LV Run-time installed on the destination machine.  Unfotunately we are now getting another cryptic error.  Image attached describing the error.

The past few messages aside, I am appreciative of all the help so far.
