Hello,

 

Is there any way to use NI USB 485/4 RS485 USB converter device on COM PORT of PXIe RT Controller? 

We have PXIe-8840 quadcore controller running PharLabs RTOS in PXIe-1082 chasis. I connected them but i see USB device on MAX as USB RAW device. I installed all of serial driver including NI-Serial 19.5 RT, NI VISA 19.5 etc. I have not found useful information about this.
